Return and Refund Policy

Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before that issue mails. Email alyssa@thelettercabinetpost.com with your name and order number.

Damaged or missing issues
If your issue arrives damaged, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the mailing date and we'll send a replacement at no cost. A photo of any damage helps.

Everything else
Each kit is printed and assembled for subscribers, so we can't accept returns once an issue has mailed. If something isn't right, please email us.
